Apple Pie
As presented in the Oct/Nov 2010 issue of QUILT Magazine

Bottom Crust: 1 pre-made pie crust
Filling: 6 cups sliced apples 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tbsp flour 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Top Crust: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 425˚. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon with apples. Place in crust. Combine top crust ingredients with a pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 425˚ for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375˚ and bake 45 more minutes.
