Quilt Almanac 2009

Quilt Almanac is a magazine that reflects quilted projects for the entire year! Not just quilts fill the pages, but also small projects such as a flip flop beach bag and some miniature wool holiday stockings.  From a traditional pattern such as a Giant Dahlia to a contemporary quilt stitched with bright batiks, we are sure you will spot several projects just right for you!  Beginners will love this issue, as well as more experienced quilters looking for a relaxing project. For some reminisce fun, we are sure you will enjoy “Things from the Past” where we will take you down memory lane with some quilted items from yesterday.

I am trying to find the Siberian Tiger collection for the Tiger Play quilt on pages 22-25 of the Quilt Almanac 2009. Can you tell me where to find the fabric?

    Roberta,

QUILT Magazine is always conscious of using new fabric lines for our projects.

Quilt Almanac, however, is a culmination of beautiful quilts from the previous year and some fabrics, having a shelf life of about 6 months to 1 year, may not still be available for purchase.

    Keep Quilting!

Fabric.com has a lot of older fabrics. If you can’t find them in your store anymore try there.

I have been searching for the Giant Dahlia templates that you have published several times over the years. I made one using your templates and they have disappeared. Do you still have them available? Thank you. Beth Lane
