Contributing Designers: Marcea Owen & Janice Liljenquist, Abbey Lane Quilts
We both started sewing at an early age and haven’t stopped yet. Marcea gravitates more toward the color and design side of quilting while Janice concentrates on the preciseness and intricacy of the piecing. Each of us brings something unique so together they make a great team. Our designs are traditional with a modern twist. They are sophisticated yet quick and easy to sew.
We know today’s quilters are busier than ever so we like to design projects so they can actually be finished in a day or two. We try to capture the spirit of what new quilters want, at the same time helping seasoned quilters stay current with the new trends. A quilt is a way to make a beautiful memory. We hope that Abbey Lane Quilts will help inspire you to make some memories of your own.
