Over 25 years ago a friend signed us both up for beginner quilting classes. Babysitting was provided so we were in! Stitching by hand and cutting with scissors, the going was slow and we had to repeat the class three times. For me quilting began as a shared and fun experience and remains even more so today - I love it. (P.S. That first project is still a UFO!)
