Miss A’s Quilt

I used the Blowing Bubbles quilt pattern from your Aug/Sept 2011 issue and thought I would show it to you. I made the doll quilt; then I made the stroller quilt; then I made this quilt. I did it a little different than the designer and used a slightly different process with the same end result and I made the quilt smaller than the designer also.
I was a little intimidated by all the curves but a blogger I read had started a Christmas quilt to make quilts for her kids. This was the impetus I needed so I jumped in to make quilts for each of my 6 kids. I don’t know if i will be able to make all 6 before Christmas so I set a goal to at least finish 3. I think you put out a great magazine and just ordered a subscription as it is a lot less expensive than buying it at my local craft store.
